The 20-minute Natural Medicine Consultation is available in person in Christchurch, by phone, or by video consultation online. Choose the option that works best for you. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your specific health concern, relevant health information and any medicines or supplements you are currently taking, so I can provide personalised guidance on appropriate natural medicines and supplements.
After your consultation, your personalised recommendations will be emailed to you, and any recommended natural medicines can be ordered and couriered directly to your door.

Your consultation is the same personalised process as an in-person appointment. We take time to understand your health history, symptoms, lifestyle and goals before deciding what approach may be most appropriate for you.
If herbal medicine or supplements are recommended as part of your plan, these can be arranged through my dispensary and delivered to you.
