These short consultations are 20-minute appointments designed to provide personalised natural medicine recommendations for short-term health concerns or quick support.
During your appointment, we will discuss your symptoms, current medications, supplements, and relevant health history. Based on this information, I will recommend practitioner-grade herbal medicines, nutritional supplements, or natural remedies that are appropriate for your needs.
Following the consultation, your recommendations will be emailed to you, and products can be couriered directly to your home.

Appointments are conducted online via video call or phone, allowing you to connect from anywhere in New Zealand using your phone, tablet, or computer.

For more complex or ongoing health concerns, a full naturopathic consultation is recommended.
Before your appointment, you will receive a new client intake form to complete. After your consultation, your personalised recommendations will be emailed to you, and any recommended natural medicines can be ordered and couriered directly to your door.
