Naturopathic and herbal medicine general disclaimer: I do not guarantee results or improvements in any condition or symptom. Should you start a treatment with me, you agree to take any natural treatments, dietary advice, herbal medicine and nutritional supplement at your own risk. Everyone responds differently to natural medicine. There may be some slight health risks associated with naturopathic medicine these include but not limited to aggravation of pre-existing symptoms, or allergic reaction to supplements or herbs. As a patient you will receive information about your treatment plan and will be informed of the benefits and possible side effects. Please contact me if you are unsure.
Video call Consultation: These are done through Skype or Zoom, depending upon what platform you wish to use, you will receive an email after booking with an appointment link, you will also receive an initial questionnaire, that will need to be completed and sent back to me at least 48hrs before the appointment. Like a naturopathic consultation make sure you are in a place where you feel safe and comfortable and won’t be overheard or distracted throughout the duration of the consultation, this will allow the consultation to flow freely.
Downloads: This site may offer paid or free downloads. While every effort is made to ensure these downloads are safe, I am not responsible for any virus or other damage which might occur as a result of you downloading material from this site. Downloads will be delivered via email if there are any issues with the download please contact me and check your spam folder just incase it has ended up there.
Online Store: This website has a online store provide health supplements. All Products need to be sold in conjunction with at least a mini consultation by a Practitioner. A form that is viewed and signed off by the Practitioner before the sale is completed is acceptable, as is a verbal or written conversation. Any advice, recommendation or information provided by Autumn in relation to Products provided is given in good faith is based on the Autumn’s own knowledge and experience and shall be accepted without liability on the part of Autumn. It shall be the responsibility of the Customer to confirm the accuracy and reliability of the same based on the intended or actual use of the Products. The Customer acknowledges that the Products are bought relying solely upon the Customer’s skill and judgment.
Autumn the Naturopath and the Customer agree that the Customer’s obligations to the Autumn the Naturopath for ownership of the Products shall not pass until: The Customer has paid Autumn the Naturopath all amounts owing; and the Customer has met all other obligations due by the Customer in respect of all contracts between the Supplier and the Customer. Receipt by Autumn the Naturopath of any form of payment other than cash shall not be deemed to be payment until that form of payment has been honoured, cleared, or recognised, and until then, Autumn the Naturopath has the ownership in relation to the Products, and this agreement, shall continue.
Defects and Warranties: The Customer shall inspect the Products on obtaining possession and shall within two (2) days of such time (time being of the essence) notify the Supplier of any alleged defect, error or omission, shortage in quantity, damage, or failure to comply with the description or quote. For defective Products, which the Supplier has agreed in writing that the Customer is entitled to reject, the Supplier’s liability is limited to either (at the Supplier’s discretion) repair or replace the Products. Orders received damaged in transit must be left intact as found with packaging and reported immediately to the Autumn the Naturopath.
Credits and Returns
No credit will be processed for returned goods unless: a. The goods were supplied in error, incorrectly addressed, or were damaged in transit and immediately reported to Autumn the Naturopath.
b. A request for credit is lodged within 2 days of receipt of Product, providing invoice reference and date of order
c. The goods are returned within 7 days.
d. Any customer labels must be removed before Products are returned.
e. Products arriving at Autumn the Naturopath which are damaged due to improper packing will not be credited.
f. Products must be unopened and tamper-evident device intact otherwise no refund will be given.

Payment Terms
Payment for consultations can be paid before or at the end of the consultation either via bank transfer or cash payment, the cost of any supplements or herbal blends can also be made at this time.
Consultation for a herbal blend needs to be paid for before the consultation and the herbal mix is given.
Products brought online through my website can be paid for via either paypal or bank transfer.
Shipping: I ship through NZ post postal/courier service, The standard delivery fee is $5.90 but this may be more depending on the size and weight of the package. This may take 2-6 business days to be delivered
