Naturopathic consults with Autumn help you incorporate natural health strategies into your short and long-term health care plans.

New Client First Naturopathic Visit
Your first visit is a 60-minute appointment, which allows time to explore your health history and address your current health concerns. With this time, Autumn gains a clear understanding of your needs. As a result, she can create a personalised treatment plan that supports your short- and long-term well-being. Your treatment plan can include nutritional recommendations, natural medicines (such as herbal medicines and supplements), lifestyle modifications, and mind-body practices. These recommendations can be integrated with your prescription medicines.

With a naturopathic consult, you’re investing in focused, one-on-one care. This means you’ll receive support that is personalised and aligns with your health goals. In other words, a tailored, holistic, natural health plan just for you.

Before your appointment, you’ll be emailed an intake form. Please fill this out. Email it back to me before your visit. This way, we can make the most of your session.

Naturopathy is a personalised healthcare approach that views the body as an interconnected system. It incorporates various natural health practices. These include holistic health, nutrition, nutrients, herbal medicine, and lifestyle support. Together, I can create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. As a result, naturopathy aims to support your whole-body well-being, not just isolated symptoms.
