Hi, my name is Autumn. My career in the natural health industry started in my late teens. I began my training in 1998. I have a Bachelor of Health Science in Complementary Medicine. I am a registered naturopath and medical herbalist
I am a general practitioner of naturopathic medicine. This means I support people with various health issues. I run my naturopathic practice from my home office in Christchurch, NZ. Consultations are available in-person and virtual.
WHO I WORK WITH
I work with people who are navigating a new health concern or long-term health condition and are looking for an integrative health care approach that can be incorporated easily into a health plan. You may have tried a few things already, but want real guidance, someone who can connect the dots, and you value both science and nature.
If you are overwhelmed by the flood of health information and want someone who listens, explains clearly, and offers doable steps that give you clear strategies and solutions to your health care goals, with understanding and guidance from someone who gets it, let’s talk.
If you want options, explanations, and a structured plan, you like plans that make sense and have compassion behind them, and you are motivated to make a difference to your health trajectory, let’s talk.
AS A NATUROPATH
As a naturopathic practitioner, I believe that being in practice means being a lifelong learner. One of the most important areas I continue to grow in is how I communicate and connect with my clients.
When you work with me, my goal is to walk alongside you as an integrative natural health guide who supports and empowers you on your unique path to wellbeing.
My practice is grounded in:
- Partnership – I work with you, not on you. Healing is a collaborative process.
- Acceptance – I meet you where you are, without judgement, and honour your values and lifestyle.
- Compassion – guided by the Hippocratic oath to promote health and wellbeing
- Empowerment – recognising the wisdom and resilience already within each person, and blending that with evidence-based advice
This shapes every consultation I offer. It allows me to create a space where we are both experts at the table, trying to find solutions to your health issues,

Professional Membership & Experience
I am a registered member of the Naturopaths and Medical Herbalists of New Zealand (NMHNZ). I bring over 24 years of experience in the natural health industry. Commitment to Continued Learning
As part of my commitment to evidence-based care, I continuously seek to enhance my skills as a health care professional. I strive to improve my knowledge of integrative natural health care and its practice
As a member of the Confident Clinician Club, led by Dr. Jordon Robertson, ND, I engage in ongoing professional development. This platform provides unbiased, evidence-based resources, updates, and tools for everyday naturopathic practice.
I attend two 90-minute lectures monthly. I also attend two weekend intensives annually. These sessions focus on specialised medical topics specifically designed for naturopath practitioners.
